The Workshop

Where every board begins

It started in a garage, ten feet from the sand. A former competitive surfer who couldn't find a board that felt right, so he shaped his own. That was 15 years ago.

Today, the workshop sits steps from the beach in Encinitas. Every single board is shaped by hand — polyurethane blanks, fiberglass cloth, and resin. No CNC machines. No shortcuts. Just feel, experience, and craft.
